Hi, I am Jessica and I use to run in high school but quit running afterwards and started a lazy lifestyle of fast food, movies, and homework. I will be training to accomplish some personal goals and anyone who wants to follow my posts are welcome!
My goal is to train for the Run For Freedom 5k in Indianapolis and then continue to do 5k runs for charity for the rest of the summer. I will be posting my training schedules on my blog along with accessories and runs. The blog is to help me keep track of my experiences and training so I can share it with others who are trying to overcome the obstacles of 5k races.
